THE DEATH OF LAURA BOW (Colonel's Bequest)

I Finally.... FINALLY got this done.

I am trying to live up to my name "Sierra Gamer" By drawing artwork from Sierra Games.
This from THE COLONEL'S BEQUEST.

Pictured here is LAURA BOW, Detective (Albeit after a graceful dive off of the landing and down to the unforgiving floor!)

As you can probably tell.... there are LOADS OF DEATHS IN THIS GAME!
(It's a Sierra Game though so it's par for the course...... Besides, deaths can be funny if handled by a pro developer.)


I don't own the rights to this game or anything.... that honor would go to SIERRA ONLINE. (The greatest game designers ever in my opinion..... but what do I know?)

This is a little older than most videogame fan art you see.... 1989 in fact! Back in the days of text parsers!

Colonel's Bequest really is a great game..... but it's kind of quirky and oddball....... Between it's nonstandard game timer and character-based plot, it's certainly different from most Adventure games...... I consider it a refreshing change.....


I really am pleased with the way this turned out......

If anyone wants a challenge..... try figuring out what song the death angel is playing on the lyre in this picture!! If you're a Sierra Fan you'll recognize it for sure!
